Fachgesellschaften beteiligt waren, gibt es Empfehlungen zur
Dosisindividualisierung von Betalaktam-Antibiotika, bei welchen
Indikationen sie gerechtfertigt ist und welche Überlegungen sowie welche
bewährten Verfahren für ihre Umsetzung am wichtigsten sind.
